All airport pickups include flight tracking as a standard feature. We closely monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time accordingly in case of early or delayed arrival (T&C's* apply). In simpler terms, you provide us with the flight number and landing time; when your plane lands, our driver will be at the pickup point 30 minutes later (actual landing time + 30 minutes = pickup time / 30 minutes reflects the minimum recommended timeframe after landing, which you can adjust to your preference).
Additionally, you'll enjoy 30 minutes of free parking and waiting time on us!
While we make every effort to monitor each flight to the best of our ability, our information is sometimes limited to what is available online from the airline/airport website. Your updates can be invaluable in certain situations, so please don't hesitate to inform us of any issues with your scheduled flight. You can provide updates by calling us, emailing us, or speaking directly to one of our operators via the chat feature on our website (located in the bottom left corner).
You can cancel your booking at any stage, as we understand that changes to your itinerary can occur last minute. To cancel, please provide us with your booking ID, your name, and a reason for cancellation. We appreciate your notice of cancellation as soon as possible to avoid situations where a driver is already en route to the requested pickup address. You can cancel by calling us, emailing us, or speaking to one of our operators directly on our website using the chat feature (located in the bottom left corner).
We aim to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for our customers and always strive to refund the full journey amount (where applicable). If you give us at least 24 hours' notice (prior to the scheduled pickup time), we will refund your journey in full. Pre-paid bookings will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days from the moment of cancellation.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the time we were informed:
- Between 24 and 3 hours before pick-up time = 30% of journey price
- Between 3 hours to 2 hours = 50% of journey price
- Hour, less than hour or Once the journey has commenced (driver en route) = 100% of journey price
In the following cases, specific cancellation fees apply:
- If you booked a journey for the wrong date/time without informing us = 50% of journey price to rebook
- If you double-booked with a different company without informing or cancelling the journey with us = 50% of journey price + parking/waiting fee
- If you booked a journey with us but did not turn up, a cancellation fee will be required for time wasted = 50% of journey price + parking/waiting fee
